PATTON, APOCALYPSE NOW, and SAVING PRIVATE RYAN Honorable mentions:
The Sting, Carrie, and Cape Fear - only because I thought those movies were over and I was getting up to leave, when I seen that the action continues on.

my most memorable movie, and still a "FAVE" ...."Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid", summer 1969...met a beautiful young lady that week, our first date was this movie at a rocking chair theatre in Greenwood, In....great cruisin' that night in Indy, had a new black Chevelle SS396/375 4spd convertable....was the girl of my dreams till I realized how much gas it was costin me....she lived 50 miles away....gas, food, movies, more $$$ than she was worth....several weeks later, after the new wore off, I never called her again....always wondered where she went, she was a keeper, just geographically incorrect...still watch the movie every time I get a chance....."use enough dynamite there Butch?"

Wait until Dark for suspense. It's a Mad, Mad, Mad World for comedy. Field of Dreams was great, too. American Graffiti Pick just one! No can do.

Whoa-forgot about CHRISTINE, love that Plymouth! Still comes in second to PULP FICTION at least there was a Chevelle in it! I have a copy of the script from Pulp Fiction, someday I'm going to count how many times the "F" word is used, then compare it to HBO's DEADWOOD script and see how clean Pulp Fiction is in comparison!

SILVRKAT, I love Christine too--watch it all the time...but listen to this strange coincidence: My boss's name is Christine Darnell...and where is the car 'Christine' parked every night? In Darnell's garage! Whoa Nellie! Even my boss, Christine, thinks that's a helova coincidence!

It's a tie between Office Space and Groundhog Day.....Maybe Office Space leads by a nose. Both offer serious advice in life disguised as a comedy. Office Space inspired me to quit my job and custom paint full time. I read where some corporate people laid off are given a copy of Office Space so they feel better about getting out of cube hell.

Don't bring up GROUNDHOG DAY, which I've also watched many, many times...my wife hates it & leaves the room any time I slip it in the player~LOL.

Here's three of my favorites... Days of Thunder-Why not? It's racing and it's got really good crashes!Nascar IMAX 3D-If you've never seen this, it's on of the most incridable movies you'll ever watch. You sit in front of a HUGE screen and the footage looks so real like your actually there! I know you guys are going to say I'm rice but... The Fast and the Furious-I always liked the storyline, I always liked that Charger.
