I hear people say all the time "why doesn't the police do something with people like that".

We do - we arrest them - we put them in jail - then we watch the courts release them on low bonds, weak sentences, probation and early parole for "good behavior"

So what do the police do next?

We go out and arrest them again, and then we go out and arrest them again, and again, and again.

Do you ever wonder how these people get such long rap sheets? That means they have multiple arrests, sometimes pages long! It's because they keep getting out of jail, commit more crimes, and GET ARRESTED again. Yes, to have a rap sheet, you have to get ARRESTED. If these folks are getting arrested so many times, why are they out of jail?

Once we put them in jail, it is out of our hands. It's time for the courts to step up and do something with these people instead of wasting our resources in having to make cases on them over and over again.

And for those that advocate legalizing drugs, look what people do when they are under the influence of drugs! I've witnessed evil for 26 years now, that crap brings out the worst in evil!

I just looked at our warrant list this morning, not to my surprise most all have been handled before!

TO THE COURTS, JUDGES, PROBATION AND PAROLE - the people and the Law Enforcers are doing their job catching these people - NOW DO SOMETHING WITH THEM SO WE DON'T HAVE TO KEEP CHASING THEM OVER AND OVER AGAIN!

My military son has spent a LOT of time in the Middle East throughout his military career, especially Saudi Arabia. He says they don't have a lot of "crime" like we have here. You steal....they cut your hand off..you murder...they behead you in public beheadings, etc. He says it's a very strong incentive. They encourage the public to attend the beheadings, etc. so they will understand what will happen to them if they are caught committing the same crimes.

I have always felt that perhaps if we punished our felons by doing the same thing to them that they did to their victims, it might discourage others. I'm not necessarily for the death penalty, but even death by lethal injection or gas to me........is too easy on them..let them truly suffer like their victims did.

I agree - some - no - most of these guys think it's funny when they get arrested. We spend untold number of hours and thousands of dollars in manpower to arrest these idiots, and they know they will be out in no time.

One of the last ones we spent months searching for was so blitzed out of his mind when he was finally caught, just laughed and said he needed some rest anyhow. Less then 12 hours later he was out on bond, and a week after that, yes you guessed it, we have another warrant because he didn't show up for court on a different arrest! Oh, by the way, he only has 15 prior bookings!

I can't even imagine . Your loss and anyones loss like this is an outrage, and unacceptable. It is time that the people that allow, or make judgements that help these kind of animals walk the streets, these people need to be held 100% accountable.
