production has nearly ground to a halt and resale is terrible for the used cars.........I have been shopping the ads....as low as $42K for a car with miles.....average asking for barely used Caddys seems to hover around the high $50K range, MSRP was about $76K....there is a Neiman Marcus with a few hundred miles for $60K, MSRP $86K....I like these cars, hope it's not another Allante....

Taco Bell - the ones I looked at had horrible fitting quarters,,,,,,seams were all off. Poor quality fits on a $75K car,,,what is GM thinking here? A Lucid Eye spending that amount of cash will notice those things.

Maybe Oprah will give some away, lol.

I've read that there is a "V" model of this series.
For that kind of cash outlay, most affluent Americans are likely to buy a Bimmer, Porsche, Audi...........

That's too bad, because they have some COOL! Commercials...

Here's a good one.

Notice how high up the trunk lid goes when the top is being retracted on the XLR I'd love to see that in person. It's got to get some attention.

Here

Maybe the Porsche. There are way too many bimmers out there and they are now passe, and Audi management has royally screwed up by making an identical VW model to virtually all the Audi models. What affluent American wants to drive something that is viewed as a glorified VW. And not that there is anything wrong with the Audi's and VW's, but when your neighbors car looks and feels like your and he paid $20,000 less for a different badge, you are not happy.

And personal opinion, Audi's are way overpriced. Whenever they release an updated model, they jack the price significantly to try and compete in price with the upper end cars. But it's not...
