# 4 The names have been changed to protect the innocent. (Dragnet ?)
# 12 The Big Bopper, Buddy Holly and Richie Vallens died in a plane crash in Clear Lake, Iowa.

Hey, he said not to cheat, so I did no research...I don't think I did so badly from memory, although it was a bit scary as I was typing it as to how quickly I remembered (and knew) most of it. Some of them I wasn't sure of so I guessed!

Freddie the Freeloader was one of his characters. I am not sure which one is correct, Freddie or Clem. I would have missed the year of Sputnick but the rest I knew from memory. What went up in the Fall of '61, the first American satellite or the first man into space?
