Supposedly the crowd was on them big time at one of their gigs and the Guitar player, Mark sumpthin, Told the crowd to shut up and "if there is anyone in the audience that could do better to come up on the stage " Eric Clapton crawled up on the stage and the crowd went wild !!!! anyone know if this is true ?

Jimi also met his bass player in the army...the one from Band of Gypsies...not Noel Redding...the other guy.
