Laddie Roussel Prowler Junkie Posts: 3463 From: Hester, LA. USA Registered: JUL 2000	posted 03-06-2005 09:27 PM We had the Super Chevy Drags at No Problem on Fri - Sun Mar. 4th 5th & 6th. I was out at the track helping out. These two Jet Dragsters made 2 exhibition runs on Sat & 2 more on Sunday. On Sat I was able to take to set of pics. The first from behind the starting line and on the final run down near the end of the 1/4 mile... from the back of the starting line, it feels like a hot blow dryer with kerosene smell in your face... Here's the two cars going to the starting line... At the starting line... The start from the other end of track... Crossing the finish line Flaming ... I missed the flames until I saw the pictures I took. May have been better just to watch... This would have to be an awesome site at night... The time... The young 20 year old lady driver Jessie Harris won all four exhbition races. All runs were over 300 mph with the highest being 304 mph... When the entire 1/4 mile on two rear wheels and set a new personal best ET with 9.888 this weekend...
