Saw a new Dodge truck. It was a 4-door Ram quadcab BUT, had the SRT-10 logo on it and Viper written on the hood scoop. Seats looked real sporty. Truck was yellow in color with what looked like 20" Viper wheels.

Best part of all, on the dash was an emblem proclaim this model to be called.......YELLOW FEVER.

Great color and they got the name right!!!!!!!!

Now a weird thing is, there is no yellow color listed on the Dodge Ram website

Yup! that is it, only in Quad cab trim.

Is this a Canadian thing only?

Why no 6-speed in the Quad cab? Same engine, why the cheezy column shift automatic?

Thanks for finding the link!

I have one in stock. The reason the yellow is not on the web site is because the "Yellow Fever" edition is limited, and was just basically just sent to the SRT dealers. The one I have for sale is number 207 out of 500. It would look great pulling a yeller prowler! Any takers, the sticker is $52,600 (POA member price much lower). For some reason, they did not put a hard tonneau on this one, the invoice shows a credit.

Basically, with a limited number of 500 in high impact yellow, the chance of it bringing retail is quite high. This dealer has one and has made a legitimate offer to any interested POA member, which seems more than fair.

They had it at VOI#8 In Texas in Sept. I picked up my 2005 VCA Special Edition (Yellow Fever)SRT/10 #22 of 50 made especially for VOI#8! If I could figure out how to find old pic's I would post again!! lol I would love to have the matching Truck to Pull the Viper but I don't think I would trailer much so it would be a waste of money. But I drove the SRT Viper Truck in Texas, real nice 500 Watt stereo also.

I think it's a pretty sharp truck. While the cost is high, I don't think it's out of line when you consider the MSRP on the hemi pick-ups.

One question I have is since all pick-up trucks have a light rear end, and this bad-boy is rear wheel drive, how the heck do you keep it from fish-tailing all over the road when you get on it?

Bob--Its got big tires with I think 3.73 Gears! It's surprisingly good handling, with good grip. I just won't buy a 2 wheel drive Pick-up! Seems stupid to me in Northeast. 12-18" of snow coming today and tomorrow.

These trucks handle suberbly well. Not exactly sure what keeps the rear tight on the road, could be the sway bars. The back end stays tighter than my Viper with the same engine
