Is it the color on our 2005 PT Convert Dream Cruiser 4. Deep Lava Red . But its not the same Deep Lava Red as on the Durango. Our Durango is this color as well and the two are a lot different. |

HEY RICH IS VERY VERY CLOSE JUST GOT THE NAME WRONG BUT I THINK THE COLOR RIGHT. from 10 feet away it looks ROOT BEER BROWN not red at all. figure out the name Rich block-buster |

will be two-tone, not a problem with more pics should be done by the end of the week but then I have to reinstall the mirrors and spoiler, hey Orange I will be down there in Mission Viejo on the 12th of feb gonna talk to Larry to see if we can get somthing going for that saturday am going to the winter nationals with my daughter on the 13th block-buster |

The 2005 Durango only has two reds.....Flame Red and Deep Molten Red. |

Inferno Red Crystal Pearl is the only red PT has...unless you are using an "old" PT red color. |

Sorry CJ, but the MSRP has a different name on it and its on the 05 dream cruiser with the red top. but was used on the 4 dr sedan block-buster |

the only one left seems to be, Deep Lava Red Pearl Coat. Others have guessed Deep Lava Red. Are you looking for the Pearl Coat? Is there a chance that the color is named different in different areas? What ever the name is, Im sure its going to look great. Im looking forward to seeing the pics.

Well 2K1Orange is the WINNEA pm me your address and will forward your prize in a couple of days have to go to the hospitial tomorrow but should be able to send it by friday. Good Job Orange yes the 12th, I will contact Larry later this week I think he is out of two right now on a road trip. No big deal to meet me just a fat old man on the dream road trip of his life and wanting to meet all the prowler owners and lovers I can while traveling. AC: while driving home from so cal a few weeks ago somthing went bang really loud thought the windshield was broken turned out later to have only small chips but the hood had a couple of deep gouges and a bunch of really bad road rash scrapes in the paint, called my insurance thats why I carry $50.00 deductable on comp they oked $1900.00 to fix the car so turned that into a two-tone rather then try to blend the hood with the sides as the flames would get in the way. so now you know the rest of the story. should be done by the time I get home on thursday block-buster |

I knew the pearlcoat part just didn't think I needed to be that specific. This color on the PT Dream Cruiser 4 is awesome. It does look root beer in certain light. It also looks deep deep red in certain light. But many people say it looks purple. If you look closely at the metal flakes there are all kinds of colors in there.
