Rod Serling lived in Cincinnati for several years. I never got into sci-fi.

I agree, tangled up in BLUE.

The Stooges were comic geniuses and Serling was a master of the anthology.

Much better entertainment than modern fare.

the 3 Stooges were, and still are, my favorite all time comedy....they used to be on everyday in detroit after school in the late 60's... just after the little rascals......
once and a while they are on the Comedy network and i still crack up at episodes i've seen 100's of times...."you knuckleheads " !

got in trouble poking my sister in the eye.... mom couldn't figure out where i got that from !

Ed - is that why you were deemed a dinosaur and not allowed to star in CSI tv series?

....when I was a kid, the Stooges were on TV early Saturday mornings.....Harlow Hickenlooper was the host of the 90 minute show...he wore a striped jacket and a straw hat...I guess we were just "easily entertained" as kids....the Stooges still make me laugh out loud......and like you, I have seen them many many times over a 50 year time span...........

...trivia....Shemp, Moe and the original Curly were real life brothers....

....Honeymooners is among the best........they are not on locally at this time, but I always enjoy their reruns........it is one of my first TV memories....sitting on the old gray couch with my dad watching the Kramdens and eating popcorn out of the big green bowls, washed it down with a cold 6oz bottle of Coke....life just didn't get any better than that.....

...seems funny to remember this stuff...

...we had a 6 pack carton of 6oz Cokes per week at our house....returned the bottles every week for the bottle deposit( 6 cents )....my grandmother owned a country store in the hills of Kentucky and she sent me a small bag of stick candy home every time we visited them, and a big bag of popcorn....that was livin....

...I remember when Jiffy Pop popcorn came out....fool proof, except for my mom....she always burned it.....

...I quit drinking milk in 2nd grade...long ugly story......but I did put away my share of cookies....still addicted to "Snickerdoodles".....pouring a bag of salted peanuts in a 16 oz RC Cola.....another great treat......

You know, Twilight Zone and the Stooges are alot like the Prowlers, either you get it or you don't. I know alot of people , including my wife, who don't get the comedy of the Stooges, while I fall over laughing at them. I love those marathons!!

Tom, very few women like the Stooges for some reason. Guys mostly love them. Pretty stupid sophmoric comedy but I still laugh at them and W.C. Fields. I got the full set of "WKRP in Cincinnati" for Christmas. I always liked that show too.

Weteyes, I liked Bailey much more than Jennifer, as a matter of fact. I am from Cincinnati so that was one reason I liked it. Herb is such a total dork that I liked him. Les always had a bandage on his body. I thought it was fairly funny so to sum it up, sometimes the blatantly obvious is not the correct answer. Sometimes women can't understand that, I guess. lol

I'm with you guys, I like Bailey better also. When I was a kid the Stooges were on every day on a show out of Pittsburgh called Paul Shannon's Adventuretime. I watched that show every day when I got home from my paper route (we had afternoon paper routes then).

Still watching The Twilight Zone this morning. I was never a fan of WKRP--I had to look up who Bailey was. She looks more appealing to me then Loni...guess I agree with Ed too.

I guess that I have found something that I disagree with you POA members. Bailey was nice looking, but, Loni is the best looking. I guess I feel that way because my wive looks so much like Loni. I always thought that she and Loni may have been long lost twin sisters. JMO

I don't think any of us "old" guys were kicking Loni out of bed, but I preferred Bailey.
CJ, I was replying to "all men are the same" so I thought I would add my usual zinger. lol
I must be losing it. I had two or three people agree with mne on one thread. It is the end of the world, I'm telling you, the end of the world.
