Well doing my MAD dash from Houston to Indy, I got a call last night from Deb that my Mom had fallen and broke her hip, she's 83. I was in Little Rock getting ready to bed down at 7:30 pm when I got the call, with only 1 hour and 20 minutes of sleep the night before(slept in the truck) I loaded up on 8 Red bull drinks and was going to try to make it home ASAP. Well I made it. mom had surgery this morning and had her hip replaced and she is doing very well and the surgeon said everything went very smoothly.

The house closes on Wednesday and mom will be walking tomorrow.

Special thanks goes to Deb, Tina and Nita,,,

Nita's brothers, if needed was going to store my truck and trailer so I could fly home sooner to be with my mom if it was needed. Nita is a POA member/ owner and is a good friend/X gfriend... She is good friends with May and has talked with Deb on the phone...

Thanks Nita, it's good to know people are out there to help ya in times of need....

Deb stayed with Mom till 3:30am and I rolled in at 4:22am. I am wacked and going to sleep for a day.

And thanking anyone in Advance for Momma C for any prays or thoughts for her speedy recovery.

Gary - hopefully your mom will recover quickly. Maybe she will really like the move to the new house. Take care.
