John, you just need to blow air into them first, that should get the flat spots out BUT if not just talk to Sharon and tell her she needs to assist you in getting the rubbers to fill out a little more... Got mine out the last two years and no problem. I just put the tires(rubbers) on carpet remnents, no flat spot in 2 years. Hope it helps for you.
