Based on what little she (assuming it's a girl) knows (she just sees the car) I'm betting she thinks you have bucks (which she wants) or she is just loose. Only prospects I see with this are her taking money from you or giving you a disease. Neither is appealing to me. Hopefully, it's a friend playing a prank on you!
