Toooooooo many people like that, sorry for your misfortune, try to get someone else to call him, maybe someone closer to him and try to play his game and get some satisfaction out of it, if not more...

What goes around, comes around

thanks for the warning

Gary, sorry to learn of your problems. I got taken on the purchase of a grill from in the classifieds. At least you have some form of a trailer I'm still waiting; the seller cashed my money order in early December.
Hope your issue gets straightened out.

Gary --

PK is right. We need to post the names, and probably the addresses and phone numbers of these kind of @#$%*()^%$ people.

Maybe we need a new thread to track this sort of thing!?!

I agree with those that say POST THE NAMES for anyone who does not provide what they advertise or misrepresnts the quality/condition, etc ... Why should everyone be subject to misfortune if it can be prevented .. isn't that what fellow enthusiasts do for one another.

Hey, if the guy isn;t returning calls, NOT posting his info here is NOT helping you out either now is it? Nor is it helping anyone else ...

Sometimes the "PC" approach is for the birds ... just tell it like it is folks!

Sorry I messed up all the way around. Bob Lavoie is in Park Falls Wis. You can try to reach him at 715-518-2888.Again he may come thru I hope so. Rudy on your deal you can have it drafted on your account to prevent this. I got tags for a homebuilt trailer.

A former POA member a.k.a."Bobkat" I don't think you are the first person to have this problem with Bobkat.

I would have a attorney check for any UCC's filed against the trailer in Wisc. There may be a lien on it. Should cost no more than $80.00 to do.

If you sent the check via mail, that is mail fraud if they didn't send you the item ordered (or anything at all). Get the postal service / FBI involved.

I'd advise against posting for legal reasons (ie. who would verify it, what if it was the wrong name) This could end up being a liability versus helping.

A better approach would be to just ask for help in buying X and have them send you a personal email with their comments.

Just my 2 cents.
