Drove one last year. I was thinking of getting one. But no tan interior with an "S" and no color combo I wanted made up my mind for me. Fun car, roomy, but I think I would get tired of it in a short while. I'm too old for something that small except maybe once in a while. JRL |

Thanks for comments. I'll pass them on my friend. He's younger (early thirties), his wife has a mini-van and his old pick up gets lousy mileage. He 's looking for something fun to drive for his 45 minute commute and gets decent mileage - under $25K. He will be looking at Turbo PT also.

The PT Turbo hands down over the Cooper. Bigger, more functional, better looking, may live through a crash, etc. No contest in my opinion. ------------------ |

I was considering buying a Mini Cooper S last year. I test drove one, and it was kind of fun to drive. I ended up not buying one because there were significant markups on them and, like mentioned, they are really small. ------------------ • MTD Prowler Intake System 2.2 |
