Bologny .... AlleyCat, I added your banner to the list of banners on my site. He has JACK from me. All he did was go to my banners page and find the new listing for your old banner. You could have asked me since you know who the author to your banner was?? I thought I had included all banners but apparently missed putting your old one on my banners page. Later... |

Thanks Dan,,,,,Gary and I were discussing my banner the other day and I mentioned how could I get ahold of my original banner,,, to show my grandson what it looked like. Didn't mean to create any problem. I didn't know the old banners were stored at p/excitement.com or I would have gone directly there. Did Gary really send your wife flowers? Worldly tips,,,I wouldn't buy. ------------------

Ok, heres the story Dans wife wrecked his mustang and told me he ran up to his car first without asking his wife if she was ok, he was more freaked about his car, after he told me the story , I told him he BETTER get some flowers for his wife, Ok, larry, right dan?????? |

Gheez,,,I feel bad now. I did that same thing when my ex wrecked a brand new '86 Maxima. Did the flowers get him out of hot water? I was reminded of that incident for five years after it happened. |

Okay, Email threads always carry a harsher tone than one expects. Gary did support me during my heart break over my brand New Saleen with only 6,000 miles on it. My wife took it out one morning around 6:00 am in a rainy morning. I had just finished adding a new intake and smaller pulley plus gears and neglected to tell my wife. She normally likes to get on it pretty good on her car but over estimated the higher torque on first and second gear on my Saleen. To make things worse the road was wet. She got on it as she was making a left turn from a dead still and spun the car into the center divide. Took off the whole front end. I was devastated and overlooked the needs of my wife. GaryC knocked some sense into me and I went and bought a $120 dollars flower arrangement. This made my wife think I had lost it. She could not believe I was doing this and right away told me who told you to do this? I was like "WHAT DO YOU MEAN??" I forgave her but took me awhile to get over it since I was reminded of the incident everytime I went outside until my insurance fixed it. This is when I said, "Gary, how many years have you been married ... I bet over 20 right?" I was shocked to hear he was having trouble keeping women around. I could not believe it.... No problem ... I'm cool!! |
