If someone used a picture of your car in a Ebay auction without asking, would you have a problem with that? or would it be OK? |

I think I would have a problem with that. In my mind, that is not a fair representation of the car being sold, no matter what type of car it is. There are always some differences. Use the car that is being sold. |

I agree with dave--show a picture of the car being sold,unless they are both all stock ,same year,same age, etc ------------------ |

Cnote6, Don't feel bad ..... My prowler picture was taken without permission to sell their flame package. I emailed them and asked them to give me a price break on their flames but since it is a slow seller they could not do much. Being the guy that I am I told them next time let me know and go ahead and use it. I have since added a border around my pics for signature purposes. Later... ------------------ |

Images of my car have been used twice that I know of on eBay. The first time I was a little upset and asked the seller to remove the images. The second time, I wasn't as upset and somewhat took it as a compliment. This is the auction. When I first saw it I was alittle upset but thought about it and was only the front wheel. I just wanted an opinion. |
