that would "pass" an illegal car???? A very good client of mine has a late model Ferrarri he put European chips in, and it won't meet Cal emissions standards any more. Money isn't an object, obviously...

Anybody have any tips?? I know this is way out there, but POA members always surprise me with their diverse knowledge...

Any help will be appreciated.

I may have a shop for you to go to in the Costa Mesa/Newport Beach area. Would that be too far for your friend? I will find out more info tomorrow, 12/20, and send you a email if I can get a contact name.
