Your local Post Office might not only be leased by the USPS, but it also might be for sale. My company specializes in the brokerage of US Post Offices and other governmentally leased properties across the United States. Properties of this type can range in investments sizes from less than $20,000 to are largest currently available being in excess of $19 million. Most people investing in properties leased the USPS, do so because of the security of the USPS being the lease guarantor.
