Many Cat owners are interested in owning investment real estate. Did you know the US Post Office rents a majority of their properties? Many of these are free-standing buildings. Your local Post Office might not only be leased by the USPS, but it also might be for sale.

My company specializes in the brokerage of US Post Offices and other governmentally leased properties across the United States. Properties of this type can range in investments sizes from less than $20,000 to are largest currently available being in excess of $19 million.

Most people investing in properties leased the USPS, do so because of the security of the USPS being the lease guarantor. Lease terms on a new or newer property are typically 20 years with little landlord responsibilities.

If you would like to explore this type of real estate investment, please contact me.
