Well, I've been in my first accident, sort-of anyway.
Had the prowler at the detail shop all day. Picked it up and drove it around the corner to get to the traffic signal *easier to get on freeway that way.
While sitting at the light there were a lot of look-e-loos more than normal, figured the detail job was rather outstanding myself. Needless to say everyone was turning there heads and slowing down...So there was a three car smash up!!! Some of the junk from the other cars hit my car but didn't leave a mark...no doubt due to the thick coat of wax.
All three other cars told the Police officer that my car caused the destraction, said the wreck was my fault because they were looking at my car sitting at the light.
The police officer laughed and said they should of been paying attention to the road and not at the Prowler. He asked me if there was any damage to my car and I checked it over and couldnt find any. He said have a nice day, drive safe and watch out for the other idiots on the road.
I felt bad for all those people, but damn I`m happy my car didnt get wrecked.

Great story!!! I have never been so close to getting killed as I have in the Prowler. Especially on the freeway, people love to pull up alongside, but they are so busy watching the car that they start drifting over. Scary!! Prowlers can be hazardous to your health...

Just this morning a lady in a red Camaro was merging on to the freeway and must have been doing 90 to catch up and pull alongside me. She was in the right lane. She started honking and waving and finally I noticed she was about to rear end a minivan. I swear if I had not slowed down and started pointing she never would have seen the wreck coming.

At the Toys for Tots event as we were waiting in line in the parking lot, a bunch of motorcycles passed us in the next lane and two of them missed going down by less than 6 inches as both drivers were checking out the Prowler. I was in the middle of a bunch of Vettes and these guys were looking back as they went past. It could have been bad, even at 5 MPH.

That is a great story!

The day I got the Prowler, I was gassing up for the first time off the dealer gas voucher, and there was an accident in the left turn lane in front of the gas station. It occurred to me later that the driver was gawking at the car and rear ended the car in front of him.

I have also had at least 3 incidents where drivers almost rear-ended others due to looking at my Kat.

I also had a lady who stepped off a curb and almost fell looking at the Kat.
