As We Remember Today................

Say a prayer or give a moment of silence for all of the victims who died because of other's hate.......

Do the same for all of the fire, police, medical, and all of the volunteer rescue workers who became heroes that day also........

Remember not just all of the families of these victims, but every American .... as all of us as a nation were victims also........we are all family.........

Do not ever forget our military personnel..........as they continue to hunt down these criminals......... and continue to defend and protect our country so that we can live with the freedoms that we have here..........give them the support and respect that they deserve and need from the people that they are ready to give their lives for so that our nation remains free...........

As the mother of a military son............I am proud beyond words of the commitment, integrity, and loyalty my son has to his chosen role..........I wish you could all know him like I know him......he is an honorable and unselfish man..........and I can only hope that I could ever live up to him..........

On this day and every day always remember what is really important in life........ each other.............stand proud.......stand together....support freedom.........

We will not let our enemies win.........................we will prevail............we are Americans!

CJ, I am with you 100%. I especially appreciate what your son and his comrades in our military are doing for this country. May God Bless Them and Keep Them Safe.

I just returned from our ceremony at the George Bush Presidential Library at Texas A&M University. Very emotional for all attending.
My division here at the Sheriff's Office assisted with the Dignitary Protection duty for the speakers. It's ashamed we now have to provide such massive security for any public event.
Everyone should try to get out to one of their local events today, you really should.

Well said CJ. My oldest son is currently stationed at Kunsan AB, South Korea. My youngest son will be commissioned as a 2nd LT. in the Air Force in December.

Cj:

Wow, that must be tough. As a relatively new parent (Jordan, our daughter, is 3) I can't imagine anything bad happening to her. Uncertainty is something I don't handle very well. You and Bob, along with all other family members of those serving to preserve and protect our freedoms, are in our thoughts and prayers.

CJ: Our son is with OSI. We know where he is, just not what he is doing. Our situations are similar, but we get a little more info than you do.
