I went to State Fair today, about 30 miles from my house, on my way back on, I ran into a rain storm on the Interstate with no windshield viper, (took them off a month ago)and no Rain-X, so I did pulled my KAT parked under one of the over pass, a few minute later State Police stop by through I have a car problem, after I told him I took my wind shield viper off, he gave me a big lecture about safety violation then he went back to his patrol car I through he will give me a ticket. When he came back handed me couple of cigarettes told me to break it off and rub it on my windshield and told me to continue driving home. I did rubbed both cigarettes on the windshield and drove my KAT home without any problem, when the rains hit my windshield just clear it off it's work great but messy..

WOW
Now I understand why the cigarette companies manufacture them. When you Smoke them and it coats the inside of your lungs to keep the clean air from getting used up.
I think I will stick to Rain-X, keep it in the glove box at all time. It is cheaper than keeping a pack of cigarettes.
Glad to see you got home Alright.

Potatoes work, also!! My grandfather use to cut a potatoe in half and rub it on the windshield of his 49 Plymouth when his wipers were not working.

Sasquatch usually puts an Idaho potato in his shorts. (in the back)
Sam, if you had stopped at Mike & Judy's you could have met Sasquatch. He is the one out by the front gate trying to peer over the fence, longingly.

Ed - yes, I keep the I-da-ho potatoe in the back of my shorts,,,,,as opposed to you, who cuts it in half and places both in the front of his shorts! Impressive,,,,but Fixee said you still didn't have any balls, lol.
