I am truly sorry the way this last group purchase has been delayed in getting to you all. Unfortunately I do not own the company and have to do what I am told. It does not mean that any of your orders are less important, it just means I cannot be in two places at once. To top it all off, our 800 number has not been working either. It is controlled by three different telephone companies, SBC, Pacific Bell, and AT&T. All blame the other for the problem and we cannot seem to get it solved. It appears it is in the voice mail options which are run off site. It is forwarding all calls to a fax machine somewhere outside our company.

There is a positive note to all of this though, due to what seems to not be enough time in my day here with all the job duties that I am expected to handle, and to insure you all get the proper attention you deserve, I am happy to announce that all of our Prowler products will soon be distributed through Bob Goetz at Real Rod. That's right, Bob and I are trying to finalizing the deal within the next several weeks. Bob has offered my products for quite some time now and we feel this will give you, the consumer, the best attention to service that you deserve.

I will still give as much technical support as I can to Bob and any customer as I can. I will just remain as a manufacturer instead of the retailer. It's all about the service to the customer and due to the budget cutbacks we have had to implement here at Metalcrafters, It has been hard to give you the support that you all deserve. I don't have the budget to travel to any shows anymore unless I pay for it out of my pocket, plus we have sold all of our vehicles to display at the shows. When Bob and I spoke yesterday, I told him that I would make the announcement today! I will continue to process all of the current orders I have by the end of this month.

Thank you everyone for all the support you have given me over the last several years and if I can get to any local shows here in So. Cal. in the future I will look forward to seeing you. Since our 800 number is still not working properly, please do not try to call it. I can be reached at (714) 444-2000, ext. 511 or e-mail me at nschroll@metalcrafters.com.

I will be out of my office for most of the this week and next week paying attention to processing and packaging these remaining orders so please leave a voice message and I will check it a couple of time in the day and return all your calls as soon as I can.

Thank you again for all your support and have a wonderful day!

Norb - thanks for the heads up. This should be a great partnership because both you and Bob care a great deal about customer service.

Norb. Thanks for the notice. You've always had the customer as #1 in your dealings with me... I think this is a good partnership with Bob Goetz & Real Rod...

Bob - does this mean you will be towing a cargo trailer instead of a motorcylcle trailer to events now or pull the KAT in a semi??

Well I am afraid that the days of driving the Prowler to events is over. I have already place a call to buy a car trailer and will be looking at adding another cargo van or buying a Fun Mover Motorhome.
