Why stop with the engine. I love the styling (except the front bumpers  ), handling is adequate, interior is nice combo of retro and modern conveniences; but I would have preferred an entirely new drivetrain with V8, 5 or 6 speed, and traditional rear end would be sweet. Of course I know they were using existing components and then there is the weight issue, etc. It's nice to imagine. Marty ------------------  Driving my Dream |

I agree with Marty. I love the style and can live with the squeeks and rattles, but even if it didn't have killer H.P., I miss the V8 sound. With the new tranny stuff coming from Dean at Prowler Pro, I bet the existing tranny could be made to live. |

Wider opening doors! I'm always afraid those that "touch" instead of just looking are going to one day push the door open farther than it want's to go. That would be a bad thing. ------------------ |
