The Chrysler group will offer a hands-free, voice-activated telephone system on 18 of its 2003 vehicles as a dealer-installed, Mopar accessory. The system is called UConnect.

Chrysler plans to have the option available in the PT Cruiser, 300M, Concorde, Sebring coupe, Sebring sedan, Voyager and the Town & Country. For Dodge, the Stratus coupe, Stratus sedan, Neon, Intrepid, Caravan, Grand Caravan, Dakota, Durango and Ram will have the option. The Jeep Liberty and Grand Cherokee also will have the option.

The suggested retail price is $299 plus labor.
