Since my last post about my Mulholland Blue prowler engine losing all of the oil on May 28th Chrysler bought back my car that had only 1,600 miles on it and I was paid off on Friday for the buyback It only took 30 days from the problem to the check. Today I took delivery of a 2002 Yellow Prowler from Bill Robertson Chrysler in Greencastle, IN.. I actually like the yellow better and I do miss my pinstripes from Dr. RU though. Well, here is hoping for many great miles of driving my screaming yellow zonker yet this summer in Indianapolis, IN..

I have 2002 Yellow Prowler for 3 days engine went up in smoke at 200 miles. DC try to replaced a short block for me but cannot find 2002 short block so it end up with 99 parts I did refused to take the car back, after two weeks I got a settlement check for full refund. Now my new Yellow Kat have 500 miles and still going strong (I hope).

Good Luck for the new Yellow Prowler.

I have very bad luck on yellow car, before I bough yellow Kat. I have two 2001 yellow SLK 230 Kompressor both engine went up in smoke too one at 1,200 miles other at 800 miles

I belive my first Kat going to either Denver or Montana on Chrysler dealer auction according to the dealer I bough her from.

So you are familiar with Impartial Services the buyback people? The first time my blue prowler let loose it was a spun rod bearing and the second time it was a rear oil galley plug. What was wrong with you engine? My new 2002 has a better feel in both the throttle response and the brakes. I am still surprised that Chrysler never made any engines for this type of problem. It would sure save them the buyback that they have had to do on just a few Kats.
