Although we didn't take our Kat ' Pumpkin' to Colorado, we were able to find our way from Las Cruces, NM to see the Kats at the car show in Golden and also the Kats at the Flying 'W' Ranch. We took some photos and have posted them on a web page - Click here .

We were able to meet several of the folks and put names with faces. Great bunch of people, hopefully next time will be able to make it an exclusive Prowler related trip.

A special thanks goes out to Laddie

Norm and Pat - It was really great to finally meet both of you at the Flying W. With thousands of New Mexico Prowler owners out there, I'm glad atleast one of you made it to the Big Show And, I found out which one of you is the computer operator, lol. Next time, bring the cat,,,,,,and get it in line!

Cool, Who owned the WHITE prowler at the "W" Ranch...I always wondered what a white prowler would look like. In your opinion did it look cool??

Didn't get a chance to talk to the owner personally but someone that was with us said it originally was orange, painted blue then white. It was a very outstanding paint job and looked original. It looks cool because we had never seen a white prowler, but of course since we like orange, it isn't something we would do. But color has nothing to do with it, just having any color prowler is cool

The white car is a test car and belongs to Daimler-Chrysler ...it is a factory hot rod with a hemi motor was shipped to Colorado to be driven by Jerry and Marcia Sholten. Jerry is/was the Prowler research/development tech working on the Prowler project. This cat has been several colors and has traveled with us to our events in the past. The motor is a stroked 3.5, with upgraded throttle body mods, torque-converter twitches, etc. More than we'll ever know, I'm sure.(thanks AC)LOL

Here are few pics..

To add to DavidN's info.......This car will be destroyed (crushed) when DC decides. But they may keep the panels and hood, trunk, doors and such for parts that will be needed in the future.
