The Marc Scarbeary led group to the Royal Gorge produced numerous 100 MPH readings on the speedos!!! This heavy footed group included the craziest drivers attending:

Marc S. Leader of the Pack,,,Mr. Survivor,,,,Balls bigger than the cat seat ,,,, Lethia pinched his as$ after the dinner to make sure they didn't reach his back side!

Bob W. 'PAXTON SUPERCHARGERS' if it whines,,,,,it screams!

REALROD Bob G. improving appearances to make the cat run faster

InPhil Phil G. once again proving Fear is NOT a Factor

Dean P. MR. PROWLERPRO applying gears, exhaust, and throttle body technology to the ultimate limits

Marty U. racing on the outside edge of sanity!

The Ushers' friends from Kentucky, Wayne and Kimberly in a rental Mustang convert, finding the reasons to finally buy a Prowler!!!

St. Rod 99 Robert H. proving that Ray from Central USA couldn't have represented the state of Illinois for this fast pace cruise!

Alley Cat proving when it comes to speed and curves,,,he has NO LIMITS

SCAREbeary? Pretty good but nobody in that group was scared.
The stalled car in the passing lane may have stopped a few hearts but the great skill of all the drivers avoided a disaster. They all spread out to block the highway while we pushed the car off the road. You should have seen the look on the girls face who was standing next to her car when a dozen Prowlers came to a screeching stop.

Marc had a few people puckered up on the cruise he led, but it sounded like a very exciting time to those of us on top of Pike's Peak who saw the exploding fire storm they dodged. David N, you are The Man. The pics and everything else you did put the icing on the cake.

Larry, don't change it. It kinda fit for Sunday. When we stopped in Deckers it was raining ash on us and I found out they closed that road a few hours after we were through and evacuated the town later that night. I haven't heard how Deckers survived but the fire went right through that whole area. This fire is now threatening south west Denver, Sedalia and Castle Rock. My backyard is full of ash and I'm at least 30 miles away.

Scaredbaby - Really sorry to hear about Deckers and the rest of the area near Denver, under the stress. This fire is the main focus on every newscast in the metro Phx area, and everyone is praying for a containment real soon. Hell, I'm talking to the Prowler Gods, and ordering rain right now! Keep us posted on the local updates.

I just found all of these pictures. Outstanding, David. As you all know by now, I was off line quite a while and missed some things. I am glad this was on the main page and I can see all the pics. I am reliving it now.
