I know that many have suggested if you don't like, (lets say) unflattering remarks/comments, just ignore them and move on. But lately they are showing up in more and more topics and are becoming more difficult to ignore. For one thing I am concerned that some potential new members to the POA will take this growing negativity as a bad sign and not wish to join or stay. My plea is simply that if you have issues with someone that cannot be dealt with in a constructive manner and/or tone then please please take it off line. I am not a prude, but I already have to deal with allot of BS at work. If it wasn't for age discrimination I would find another job but that is another story. The POA is one of my relaxations and escapes as I am sure it is for many of us. Lets please keep this an enjoyable place to come to. Thanks for listening and hopefully understanding. This is a general request and comment of concern and not directed to any one person or group of individuals. Prowl On .

yep, I agree 100% Rich! This is a place for everyone to just enjoy Prowler's... if you've got personal issues, take it away from here.

Well put Rich it's really easy to get caught up in the BS and let the emotions take over.

Sorry, I'm probably one of those your talking about. I didn't think my post would cause any trouble.

I had never tried to find a Prowler accessory before and became frustrated with the huge price differences and the fact that the lower priced items weren't in stock.

I really like this site and find that most members are willing to go above and beyond to help out...especially Ed.

MarineGuns, thanks for the plug. I also go by the name fixxum on this board, hence the confusion.
I am also guilty of joining in. I guess it is much better to simply ignore the annoying and not respond, hopefully they will go away. Some people thrive on ANY type of attention.
As a side note, along these lines for any new people. The back and forth between Alley Cat and myself is all in fun. We actually get along great (as long as he takes his meds). He went to school with my grandfather and Mopar Dave Mills so I feel I should humor those two. MeanGene and fixxum are another story, however. Prowler Keith is beyond redemption so we will leave him out of this.
I appologize to everyone for stooping low enough to respond to some of the negativity.

Rich - I understand your dilema, in a limited capacity sort of way. I have character flaws - some more evident than others. I have always believed that God doesn't make "junk", and each of us serve a higher purpose in HIS plan. We sometimes don't carry out the instructions very well. My opinions - are just that, my comments about others on this site and in person are, are my feeble attempts at humor and nothing more. I try, make adjustments, and try again. I've enjoyed this site - the GOOD, BAD and UGLY!

Now that you got me to confess this - I'm in for some ugly stuff from Ed, Dave, CJ , Fixumm, Darcy... and the list goes on!

I participate on several other boards (not car related) and all are moderated differently. Some of the guitar related boards are flaming war zones, others are civil and the moderaters only step in when someone gets really out of line. I've read here about FatManInTheBathTub either being thrown off of this site or voluntarily leaving (I'm not sure which, it must have been before my time here). My point is that Mike and the other site administrators can block any user they want. If someone is constantly violating the bounds of courtesy and civility, then by all means I would support the administrators decision to throw them off the board for good.

OK, lets cut the BS and put names on the table. We're talking about Ray hammering,(figure of speech), Sassy~~Right? Ray goes overboard and doesn't give up. Sassy sometimes makes promises that don't happen as soon as she wants.(where are those other 2 cats anyway?) While Ray's relentless posts sometimes get tedious, I really don't care as it makes for interesting reading. It is too bad that Sassy has to be the target, but stay out of the line of fire and you wont get hit.
