Though I would share this with everyone.

Out cruising in the prowler today came to a red light, two or three cars in front, one on my side, none in the rear yet when I notice the people in front car, all turn around and are looking. I glance to the car next to them and they are all looking also. In fact all the cars in front of me have now turned around and are looking. Great feeling. Haven't had this happen to me to this extent since I first got my car 4 1/2 years ago. I looked at the car immediate to my left and they are looking back to......WAIT, LOOKING BACK. I glanced in my rearview mirror and ....you guessed it, I am looking back to. I am now turned around looking out my rear window at a guy with a smile on his face from ear to ear. DAMN I WAS ENVIOUS!

There was a new, deep red, awesome looking, LAMBORGINI CONTACHE.

When I looked forward the cars had just started to move, only three of us got through before the light changed from us all staring to long. Suddenly I hear a High pitch motor passing me up. As he went by I noticed his license plate. It said SHOSTLR , and at that moment A show stealer he was. DAMM FOREIGN CARS!

Hey Al, he stole your thunder that day, but you can be the King the other 364. The Countach is a beautiful thing though! Ida Automotive is working on a hinge arrangement to make the Prowler door open like the Countach. Going to check out his progress when I give him my car tomorrow.

Onaprwl,

He may stole the show for a few seconds, but he can't steal your heart for the prowler. Yes, it's an awesome car. But he has to pay 5 times as much to be able to do that. Maybe it was an rental for his prom tonight.

Actually, you can get a pretty convincing turnkey replica for about the price of a prowler (look here: http://www.kitcar.com/exotic/home.html ). Check out these pictures of a $35K replica:

There you go Onaprwl,

You can rent that replica that VirginiaCatDude posted, probably $19.99 first hour or $39.99 for the whole day.

I saw a contache kit at a show a couple of years ago that was on a fiero frame but had a conversion kit to put a V8 in it. He had a 350 that was built to the limit in it. Let me tell you that Feiro or no I would have loved to own that car. He had changed the inside up also so that you didn't have a fiero dash and wheel. JMTC

lol...

I think the thing looks right cool myself. Not sure if I would want to go through the hassle of getting insurance or of selling it. Might be a tough car to sell.

Nope, no trade, no way!!! Not getting it right away being where I need a garage first, (working on that now), and they are always avalible but they are cool. Not worried about resale just buying it for fun and looks. Things like this you never get what you pay for them.
