I was just wondering how it is that you guys/gals keep your Prowler looking sharp and clean?? I recently bought a Mulholland Edition and have a hard time keeping it clean and dust free. I've washed it a total of 3 times within a month that I've owned it. I think the thing that takes the longest to wash for me is the grill in front b/c I want it spot less. Any tips would be helpful!

Thanks

A few tips... maybe some will help

ProtectAll the best shine for the $$.

When drying, have you thought of using a leaf blower? Keeps the spots down to a minimum.
Shouldnt be using a 'dishwashing' type soap to wash...

Dedication, devotion... what it takes to keep it looking good

Wax helps a lot!! Use a California Car Duster between washings. Get ceramic pads for front brakes to help eliminate brake dust. Also - front mud flaps help keep dirt off the sides of the car and reduce rock dings also!!

We make sure the cat has a really good wax job to start the season (which we do before we put it away for the winter, too). I only wash mine maybe 2 or 3 times a year and I use Meguiar's car wash. In between, I use a California Duster and Meguiar's Quick Detail to keep it looking great every time I take it out. If I'm not going to be driving the cat for a few days, I put the car cover on to keep the dust at a minimum. I have a bag I keep in the cat which contains the Quick Detailer, Window cleaner and rags for both jobs, along with the duster. I never leave home without it!!! Since I don't have ceramic brake pads , I keep a cotton wash mit in the bag to wipe down my chrome wheels. Hey, it's a labor of love, right?
