The day started out nice, I got lost but Steve found me and led me to water (read Guinness). But before the "water" he was nice enough to smoke his tires for me. I consider myself lucky because I'm told that this hasn't happened since Woodward.

He also installed the SSS this weekend and it sounded nice. It is a deeper sound, but I'm a bit tone deaf so I don't know if I can justify the purchase to myself. Only time can tell. Can't wait to hear Wild1's Baffle-less SSS sound (maybe next weekend).

Steve was even nice enough to give me the keys to his baby so that I might understand the whole performance gear experience. Well I'm sold...getting a set ASAP.

Before he lead me to familiar grounds he told me that he usually travels 70~75mph on the highway. Now my speedometer must be busted because it read 85~90 most of the way and into the triple digits a couple of times!!! Do you think my faulty speedometer is covered under warranty?

Anyway I had a great time and I hope to meet many more nice prowler folk in the next few years to come...
