Well, I have made a great recovery from back surgery. Got all my staples out on Fri and now able to drive a little 20-30 minutes at a time and able to start sitting. Back to work today for the first time in almost 3 weeks...feels great to be productive again. I want to thank all of you for your get well wishes and prayers. Dr. still says at least 2 months before I can attempt the Kat, but it gives me something to look forward to.

Welcome back Paul. I'm glad to hear the recovery is going well. Before you know it, the time will have passed to where you'll be able to hope in the Kat and go for a cruise.

Paul, welcome back and take it easy and follow instructions. You don't want to undo what the surgery fixed due to impatience. I know the feeling and it is hard to not do things that you want to do. Looking forward to seeing you in Colo.

Gene- I receiced the Kat o Trailer last Thursday. I had to have the post man bring it in and set the big box on the kitchen table for me. I was up for a walk anyway so I unpacked it and WOW...It is AWESOME! I need to find a yellow Kat to match so the colors will be more realistic, but other than that THANK YOU sooooo much. Ed- I am listening to the Dr., but we all know how impatient we men get. He said work next week, but I am only woring Tues, Thur & Fri this week for about 3 hours a day. Next week I'll start back every day but still only 3 hours or so a day and wil gradually work back to full days over the next 4-6 weeks. Watch out Colorado, here we come! Thanks again to everyone.

Welcome back and please follow the doctors orders and be able to make the Colorado event. I had 3 vertabrae in my neck fused with a titanium plate left in 4 years ago and all I can say is I'm glad I followed the doctors orders (stay home for 2 full months). To this date no further problems while several friends who had the same surgery and started back to routine sooner are experiancing problems. Really glad to hear your starting to get back to normal.

Paul,
Been there, been through that. Follow the doctors' orders and do all the physical therapy just like they say. It takes a long time and it's grunt work but you'll get there. Hope to see you in Colorado in June.
