Not much Dave, just sold my house here and we are thinking of moving to Colorado to be ski bums before the snow melts. What about yourself. Hows the wife and kid

lol Larry, you and only you. Do you have a job yet? If not maybe we can go to the unemployment line together. Man I feel free no bills got a bunch of money on my house. Larry the story of my house sale is funny. I had my house rediculously priced for winter thinking that I would lower it this spring. The house is only 2 Years old on a golf course. December 25 the night of I got a call from my realator saying that he was showing the house tomorrow, now my fiance just made her christmas wish to sell the house in december the night before. The people he showed it to was the sister of two sister that live directly across the street ( which the two sisters are twins and to find out the other is would make them triplets) They loved the house and then started negotiating with me. I said pass, I didn't have to sell house yet. My realator told me what they offered me a substantial profit but was lower than I asked. I told the realator that I am the only one that has a house directly across from her sisters and the only one that has one forsale in a 4 block area, if she wants she can have for 500 off. So I made out great gonna do some skiing, and then I got accepted to osu vet school this fall. So I can take care of all the sick Alley cats.

If you move to Colorado let me know. I grew up in Breckenridge (can't stand to go there now) but the ski bum life is great. Ski the fresh snow in the early am or just hit the best part of the day 11-3 and head back to the house. Avoid the crowds and ski only weekdays and head to the city on the weekends. Email me if you are coming out to Colorado.

Great real estate story, Lance. Reminds me of the car business,,,,price it high, you can always come down but you sure as hell can't go back up!!! OSU vet school ? I'd rather see you go to Kansas State vet school, but I'll accept that. After school, move to Scottsdale, Az - lots of high priced dogs to take care of,,,,,my cousin is a vet here - big bucks just to brush those dogs' teeth, lol. It was great to hear from you Lance, check back and report with us more often.

BTW-if you go skiing with Marc, be careful, he'll do anything to beat you down the hill (nitrous on his butt)
