Dan Peņa, aka superdan, and I went to the show yesterday afternoon. Awesome, it's where they vote for Americas Most Beautiful Hot Rod, I think is how they say it. Dan, and I too about 100 pics or more (can you believe Dan had no camera with him, and we used mine, ). Here is just 4. Dan should be posting on his site the rest soon.

These are just the ones I liked,,There are 14 cars in competition for that tittle, these werent them I dont think.

Anyway, enjoy

Look at the yellow roadster on the program!! If you can look at it and not think Prowler, then my friend you are very stiff willed. Wouldn't it be great if an after market could come out with a full fender kit? Not only looks, but no more rock chips / water spray / fender removing mudflaps to worry about!!

Consider the options!

Way ahead of you Sunbird.
I started my full fender Prowler project over a year ago and although progress has been slow so far, it looks like we are finally getting close. Hand hammered and formed .065 aluminum by Lavern Carroll (www.themetalguy.com) a very good friend and artist in Palm Springs, California. When my project is finished we will be looking into the marketing possibilities of a full fendered bolt-on kit. Lavern has a PBS television show called "The Metal Guy" and my fender project will be featured on it when finished.
Not mine but here's a link to some other fenders that Lavern has made for an early MG. http://themetalguy.com/cars/01.html

JD2KSILVER - Thanks for the pictures - those are truly beautiful hot rods!

Larry - Oh, wow! I'm surprised DC didn't think of this and other options to extend the basic cat a few mor years. I can't wait to see your fenders - they'll turn the cat into a whole new car!

The poor shmuck that would have to be a judge there! Looks like you voted on the twin turbo setup with flames on the belly! Neat stuff! (MPGs were a waste, though). Thanks for the really super pictures!!
