When we were at the plant during Woodward they were building a Viper that was to be raffled off by ACR. Does anyone know if tickets are still available and were to get a ticket?

The raffle took place on 9-15-01 and the winner was Peter Wong from the state of Washington.

For more info, go to Viperclub.org .

That is ALMOST the car. The actual one-of-a-kind, RT/10 ACR was raffled off with black powder-coated ACR rims! My wife bought me a ticket for my birthday and crossed her fingers it wouldn't get called!!! I'm bad enough with ONE...if I get more I'll have to start thinking about changing my name!! How does Mike Rickard sound?!?!? Or Tony RicKrehel?!?!?!?

Sorry Mike...just poking a little fun at ya'!!

We were told at the plant this was the actual raffel car. They must have changed the wheels after the photo's were taken. This was a one off with this color and interior.

Rich I was told the same thing at the plant. That this was the one of a kind Viper that was being built to be raffled by ACR.

You are correct...it is/was a one-of-a-kind RT/10 ACR, only one EVER built. ACR package was ONLY available on GTS's. It was indeed raffled off by the VCA (Viper Club of America) not the "ACR". Here is a more recent photo of the car...courtesy of the Viper Board (I frequent there at times!!)

With VCA National Treasurer Mitch Wehrly inspecting it right after calling the winner!! More pictures are expected soon...the car is in transit to WA. as I type!

Tony Thanks for the pic and info. They did change the wheels. If the guide at the plant had said VCA not ACR was raffling it I could have spent some of my hard earned cash for a ticket. Maybe next time.

Thanks
Scott

Scotty!!! I know...I still have to change your name!! I should be able to get a bunch of work done tonight, and I'll let you know!

Yeah...there were 1500 tickets sold to VCA members only...and my ONE ticket came up a bust! The picture doesn't do it justice...Peter (the winner) has promised some better picks as soon as it arrives! Take care!
