The scrapbook is automatically added to the Prowlin Friends Scrapbook (on the home page). If you are asking why you don't see the words "personal scrapbook" below your name in a post, it's because the information needs to be manually entered by someone here at ProwlerOnline. We normally do this every month or so. I just now enabled yours, so it should show up next time you post.
