One of the local radio stations is asking people to turn their lights on as a show of respect/sympathy for victims of the events Tuesday and to pass word on to others. We did this locally (as did others cities I am told) after the Challenger explosion. It really reminds you about what has happened when you see so many people driving with lights on during the day.
