i was rear ended approx. 3 weeks ago by a "cell phone user", the dealer is still waiting for parts from the factory (rear deck lid, trans oil cooler etc.) no delivery date is promised, there is another prowler at the same dealership that was t-boned, same story. needless to say i am not a happy camper |

hey, I have been waiting for MONTHS already for them to fix a firewall seperation on my Orange~! From the sound of things, it will be another 3 months or more before this is resolved in ANY fashion. Meanwhile, the dealer would not let me take her home, and the autobody shop left her outside in the rain all winter with the hood and side panels off, and now my entire engine aluminum is all corroded! Not to mention the front hubs and brake backing plate! ------------------ |

Todd, No freaking way!!! That is the worst !!! What goes around comes around, just wish sometimes I would be there to see what comes back to those dealerships that treat their customers like CATTLE. MAN!! ------------------ |

It is at Valencia Chrysler Jeep, partly their fault, partly DC's fault. I talk to the better business bureau tomorrow and a lawyer. ------------------ |

Todd, good luck, make em eat it. There is no way you should have to accept yor car back in that condition. If I remember, you had problems from the get-go. Sometimes, life sucks! ------------------ |

The problem's started when I had to climb through the driver's window getting her off the Transport truck because the door would not open! This car should never have been shipped from the factory or the dealer, and the dealer KNEW it had problem's, and then when I called them (the dealer) they told me it was the banks problem now! NEVER EVER buy a car from Posey Grier and his crowd in Georgia! ------------------ |
