Just purchased a black limited edition PT 11 days ago to match the prowler. I know there are several on this site that own both prowlers and PTs. I already many paint chips on the front end, hood and rear quarter panels. Is this normal? No chips on the prowler. CJ - I know Bob had a PT at Woodward last year....how is the paint holding up?------------------ Steve Clark

The Silver PT at Woodward last year was my driver. DC made us turn them all in before the end of last year, so I don't have it anymore. However, I had it March through December of 2000 (putting 10,000 miles on it) and I didn't notice any problem with the paint. No chips or anything like that. Check with the Chrysler Customer Center 1.800.992.1997 to inquire if they have had any problems with paint.Laddie has a PT also, might want to check with him. ------------------ CJ - 1999 Black Stock / Classy / Beautiful

I bought my wife the Patriot Blue Cruiser. She has driven it about 8 months now. Driven through the Cleveland winter. No noticable paint chips on hers. A rather large door ding though that we are going to get fixed shorty.------------------ Bob H.
