Sorry to hear it Dan. Hope your wife isn't asking to borrow the keys to the Cat now that the Saleen is limping.

The wife was not harmed just very bummed at the fact that she wrecked one of my favorite cars with only 8000 miles on it.

Just finished adding the following mods about 2 months ago on my Saleen;

Mac Cold air Kit
Chicane smaller pulley
Bassini X-cat
3:55 FMS gears
Chrome Caster Camber plates
TDK front struts

My wife gets to some lights and it was raining or sprinkling. She tells me all she remembers is putting it into 2nd gear and she is
slamming the car into the middle divider on the road. With these new 3:55 FMS gears and my new smaller pulley. My M90 roots
supercharger builds up low torque alot sooner therefore making it alot harder to keep traction on a wet surface.

I'm calling around to purchase the supercharger cooler, front body kit and my main radiator.

Thank you for the emotional support. It was a weird day this past weekend.

I did not want to get on my Prowler until it was dry outside. Got to say I was a little nervous driving my Prowler. Did not want to wreck it
too.. That would be even more depressive.

You got a good eye there butchcee!!

Yes, been to the track and wore out my tires!! Time for some new ones but now have to fix my front end.

I think Gary's black cloud must have been floating around that day..

What is up with that Gary???? I was just joking with you?? You did not have to get all serious and stuff and tell your black cloud to come this way now ???

Come on Gary... Give me some photoshop action ... It is your turn

I need a few laughs now!!

NightProwler,

It did cross my mind ... I told her, don't be asking me to drive my Prowler ... Drive your car for awhile.

Later..

Gary,

I would have never suspected your type of advise. You don't come across as the romantic type with that "I win Races with this face" look. Especially how I saw you treat your girl friend when you where up here... Brutal MAN!!

You saved me some serious headaches Gary ... Thank You Very Much!! You have taught me a lesson and that is GOD uses the foolish things of this world to confuse the wise.

The wife was flabbergasted and did not understand how I could have come up with such a thing. I played it out as far as I could and then had to tell her. I was beginning to get such a guilt complex that I had to led it out.

I told her you knocked some sense into me and thought it would be a good idea. I told her at the movies watching "The Wedding Planner".

Later...

ouchy... but it can always be worse. Part of the thing we must realize is you cannot have the toys without the risk of maybe harming them.

Dan- Sorry to hear about your Saleen! Make sure to hide the keys to the LExus and Kat. Great way around that is what I did for my wife who has wrecked more than I care to count. Buy her a new Beetle and let her run the $&it out of it. Easy to park, minimal acceleration and holds a lot of groceries for when Gary comes to visit! hehehe

Hey Paul....I agree with you! I bought my wife a 98 Beetle with a turbo diesel and she loves it! Only has to put fuel in it about once a month. Keeps her away from the Kat most of the time
