As if more than 20" of snow since Monday wasn't enough.....Forecast tonite....snow beginning, turning to sleet early evening, changing to freezing rain late this evening, temperatures rising with just rain after midnite. Rain will change back to freezing rain then snow with 30 mph+ wind into Saturday morning. How are things for you?

Honestly Nyle I don't mind the storms and blizzard that much, I just hate the crap it leaves on the ground the next day. My 12 year old had a big party here tonite..I had this God awful fear they would all get iced in here for the night!

Suncat - that was cruel! But then again Mike, you asked......it is indeed beautiful here though. This definitely makes up for 116* in the summer. I do have to say that it just doesn't seem like Christmas time though.....but you have to see the cactus wrapped in white lights....that is a sight.
Be safe! Catwoman

Mike- We had 1"-3" of ice on Tues and Wed of this week. Kat finally came out yesterday for Santa Cops, top was down only for show at 40* and 35-40mph winds out of the north made the wind chill about 10-15* burrrrr!
Say hi to all for all of us CRAZY Texans.

Gary, 28-29" last 6 days. This is unbelievable even here...all time December record and barely 1/2 way thru. Maybe I'll try to post a couple photos...some pretty good back/front yard pics. Annual snow fall is only about 48".

Yeah, Mike, we have a ton of it too. It rained last night which then froze and put an icy crust on the snow.

The kids and grandkids were over today to do our annual bake and decorate Christmas cookies day. We all went sledding on the hill in the backyard. My AF son built a snow ramp......man did we go flying on the icy snow!!! I think we all will be visiting the chiropractor tomorrow, but what memories we made with all the family here for a change. Then it was hot chocolate and cookie decorating time.......

Nyle,

now if you had a stream running thru there that would be the perfect picture.

Just one of the things I like about the winter. That photo is beautiful

Most our snow melted with the rain yesterday, but then the water froze and then more snow with Blowing and drifting. I was in and out all day to go over what I plow$$$$$$

Larry, you would have made a fortune here..people all but hijacking plow trucks. Couple times this week you could have plowed, driven around the block and plowed again.
