I was amazed at the type of calls customer service receives. Thank GOD the PPC or POA has never gotten this rough .... I hope it never does !!

Excuse the french on this call .... This file is most likely rated R for (Rough Language).

If he was worried about it guess HE SHOULD HAVE BACKED IT UP before sending it in. Actually if it was THAT important he should have been backing up daily

When I'm pissed at a customer service person, I always say "have a nice day" to end it.
I have my own meaning for "have a nice day", but atleast it sounds nice!
