I got hit by a computer virus yesterday and it attaches itself to all incoming and outgoing email and even changes the name of the sender. Don't open it, obviously. It is Navidad and it even is sending it back to me, from me. Mostly it has jokes in the topic box. Sorry if any of you got the same mess that I had. It totally disables your computer.

Ed - I sent you that x-rated x-mas tune, and the others on list are getting mail from you. Today, sent one Prowler owners' computer to sleep - any fix??????? His loss is huge, lost business records as well. Ed, you are on craplist. Heated the stamp off your Christmas card. I feel this person lost their computer because of me.------------------ Larry Salzman AZ - POA

Ed, On Saturday I received mail from you and while opening it I had problems almost instantly. Fortunately I have a gateway with the go-back feature. I did a go-back to the day before ant everything seems to be working for now. Not sure why my anti virus program missed it but hopefully the go-back fixed my problem.Just another reason to delete ALL attachments or open on a floppy. I think the one that did it was Navidad.exe. Not your fault for sending it though! My fault for opening it to my hard drive. I know better! Larry

Larry, Larry, No Curly, No Moe, Sorry about all of that. I was sending it out even when I was logging on. It is a pretty insidious virus. I didn't start it. I am not computer literate, as you should know by now. I will forward the method to get rid of it but if their computer is down, you will have to print it out to give it to them. Michael Sieve's name is on it. he is my nephew that walked me through it. Hope they get it fixed. Sorry, but I was a victim too.
