I think I would still do the repair if I had 2 or more broken tabs. The cap still needs to be held snugly. You will get away with 1 broken tab I think.

To the best of my knowledge, YES!

Send them to:

Dick Linneman
sterling Industries
5642 Victory Dr
Cincinnati, OH 45233
Shipping is $ 10, total, for one or four caps.

Dick has done four of mine and two for my Dad. He has improved his repair design from the all rubber type style to one with that appears to be a machined aluminum ring with a rubber "O" ring.

I recently sent eight more center caps to him for his repair and would encourage everyone to have this repair done even if the center caps have not yet broken.

You will not be disappointed with his repair.

heres a simple repair thats cheap, fast and easy.put about a 1/2 inch dab of hot glue using a glue gun on the outside or back edge of each tab, from tab to cap itself, it reinforces the tab and they will not break, takes about 10 seconds for each tab.very quick and easy, and the best part cheap.mine have held up for 13 years and really easy to do.if somebody wants photos let me know, you dont have to send them to somebody,it doesnt need all that other stuff,if you have a glue gun do it yourself.
