I will edit the first post here with a running list of who is ordering cars. If someone doesn't want their name mentioned, please let me know when you order. I'll include a placeholder number. In 30 days, I'll send a note to those that participated last year that I haven't heard from. When we're close to the minimum number of cases needed for our order, I'll post a last call for a week before placing the order. I don't want to leave anyone out nor do I want to push anyone into ordering that really isn't interested. With 5,000 members you'd think that it would be no problem to get the required 180 cases. What are these cars for? Have you ever seen the joy from a little child when they receive something out of the blue? Most of the kids that you give one of these cars to will never forget the surprise. Plus who ever welcomed small kids around cars or encouraged their interest? I've seen kids look from their parent to the toy and then to the car when you point out that now they have one just like yours. CJ has given them out while stopped in a rest area, at parades, car shows and in parking lots. She carries a small bag with a supply wherever she goes.

I had my cat at church a couple of months ago. While I was walking into church a mother and her two sons struck up a quick conversation with me as we were entering the church. When I came out I had noticed the two boys standing next to their minivan as I was slowly passing by. I asked either of them if they had a Matchbox of the Prowler. Both of them (being shy) shook their heads no. I asked if they would like one. Both replied yes, so I reached behind my passenger seat and pulled out two Purple Prowlers. At that instant their mom had seen what I had done and asked me if I had an additional one for her 3 year old at home. Of course I said yes and handed her another one. Once again...Bob is right! Seeing the smiles on the children's faces when you hand them a toy Prowler is truly priceless. Brian
