When I see "Fast" in an ad in reference to its performance, I don't even consider it. When browsing on e-bay I will sometimes enter "-fast" as part of my search criteria to avoid being tempted by such a vehicle. This car has two things that for some reason make me think it has been "Ridden hard, and Put Away WET". The first is the floor mats, second is the steering wheel cover. I don't know what it is but they scream to me...STAY AWAY! Besides that, Ed M. would chastise me for having a "Non Stock" Prowler and I simply could not upset him. As for the front of the car, it is apparent that the owner can "Take it on the Chin" and continue on.

Ask them if the rear view mirror has the computer displayed images within,,,,,,if regular rear view mirror,,,its a '99 for sure.
