Started out for a cruise today & found the transmission stuck in 2nd gear, speedometer dead & "check engine light" on. Returned home and looked on the POA for advise with "speed sensor" problems. Great details from many people about the fix. I went to Auto Zone and picked up both sensors & replaced both in less than 5 minutes! Both are under warranty for 2 yrs.
Duralast, Input PN SU1018 $16.99
Output PN SU1034 $22.99

POA is GREAT!!!!!!

Charlie, glad the fix was an easy one. I have not had the problem but have been carrying sensors and a socket as a precaution for quite some time.

Can someone explain exactly where the sensors are located. Maybe a photo if anyone has a pic handy.
Thank You

Good picture. Also go to the back of the car and look at the transmission cooler. Just forward of the cooler on the left side is where they are located.
