I may have your solution. PM me your email address. You say it wont start, yet has power... What happens when you turn the key? 1 click? several clicks? Total power loss (dash lights go out)? Turns over but won't start? Starts but won't run longer than a few seconds? How old is your battery? I know you said you checked it but you might be surprised at what can happen to the electrical system just from a low battery that holds a charge and seems good on the surface.

thanks guys
she is going on a truck to the Dr. tomorrow AM I have the General manager and the Service manager and the Prowler Tech waiting to meet with me in the morning ....
they have been really nice so far.
I will be documenting from my blackberry as the day goes by as i have taken it off to be with her while they fix her ...
crazy you might say but she is my very special possession and i am a little concerned about people sticking things into her so ... i will be there as moral support

Well it didn't take long to find that the PCM is showing no codes.... Wow $892.00 plus labor at $110.00 per hour so about 4 hours in total plus $97.00 in towing so about $1429.00 plus minus but hay who cares when she is home safe and sound and warm ... I will only be getting her home on Tuesday as the parts have to come from Chrysler head office.

I would like to say at this point a huge thank you to John Collins for stepping way out of line to help me ... as only John can and would do.
He has managed to find a PCM from a dealer at COST yes Cost so it is coming in at $512.00

The Towing company is someone that John recommended for the mile high prowlers and only this individual. His name .... (you guessed it John) and what a wonderful man to deal with , He took better care of the car than i would and he was just as nice as can be ... he also knocked off about $30.00 of the towe.
He has an air ride truck and special ties for special cars and he is on the ball and very knowledgeable about the prowler , he came with info on how to secure the car from the POA site so in other words he had done research ... such a relief.
I will post pics as we go

A couple questions on the tow hookup... Looks like they winched it up. How did they do that from the front without crimping on the nose? What did they hook the winch to?

I took photos from my phone as i didn't have my camera and the quality isn't good I will try posting for you to see

Hi Russell. Haven't I seen you and your car on the other Prowler site? You are known over there as IN-XTC, right? Welcome to POA.

remans are all thats available.a company called vintagesomething didnt get the rest of the name, does the rebuild on the pcm.looks like chrysler is discontinuing alot of prowler parts.down the road were screwed, chrysler does this on alot of cars.they really dontn give a crap about there customers,no wonder they are in the position there in now,i hope they go out of business.it didnt just start lately, they had this attitude for at least for 30 years or more.ive bought my last mopar,as much as i like my cat no more mopars for me.what good are they if you cant get the parts.
