WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THE X-PIPE? SHOULD YOU PUT THE MUFFLER AND X-PIPE ON OR WILL THE MUFFLER ALONE DO? DON'T KNOW MUTCH ABOUT THE EXHAUST. WILL IT JUST BOLT ON OR IS THERE ANY CUTTING OR WELDING? SOUNDS LIKE SOMETHING I WOULD LIKE TO DO. THANKS,MEL |

The X pipe equalizes the exhaust pressure and changes the sound somewhat. You won't have to weld anything. Getting the old one off will be the most work. |

rebel, i just two month ago i but the sweet thunder 24" x-pipes and the G-force gears in my Kant and i tell you it will change a lot.....its a lot more fun and sound. to change the gears it will take you around 2-3 hours and to change the mufflers only around 30 min. nothing with bing and bang.....the original mufflers come off my 2000s really nicely and pretty easy. |

i think every car-shop can do it. i did mine in a us-car shop down here in Milan without any problems. the instruction you get together with the gears to install them are good and easy. |

Yes, the hardest part was where the stainless met the other pipes. They almost welded together. I could have never have done it on my back on the floor.. |
