Well...winter is here...good time to install a K40 remote mount radar detector..It has 5 parts..2 pods for the dash..[1 front and 1 rear detection] 2 remote mount sensors, and a control switch for under the dash...

Installed it...sound great, completely stealthy to the officers...

I have pictures if you are interested in where to mount it..

I had one in my mercedes very good detectors expensive but good. Aren't the new ones over $1000 installed
